Troubleshooting Webhook URL Connection Issue

TLDR alireza can't get a webhook URL to work on machines other than the test machine. Amol suggested he may have firewall restriction and to test at "webhook.site".

i have a problem, i have a Webhook URL that is work on my test machine but it doesn't work in any other machine.
can anyone help me?

do you have any firewall restrictions or lack of connectivity?
you can try setting up a webhook in webhook .site and see the test message works
