Trouble with Signoz Logging on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

TLDR Harsh is having issues with Signoz logging after migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Srikanth suggests providing more debugging information.

Hi Everyone,

We have been using signoz from last 2 months for logging. We used to have our environments hosted in AWS and workload in EKS.
Recently we have migrated our lower environments to OCI (Oracle cloud Infrastructure) and workload on OKE. We have deployed the signoz using helm for here https://signoz.io/docs/install/kubernetes/others/. After deploying all the pods are running fine and dashboard is also opening but the collector is not collecting any logs and showing in the dashboard. I just want to confirm that is there any dependency with respect to underlying cloud or hardware AMIs? If not Can you help me to troubleshoot this particular issue further?

This is very environment specific. You need to share more debug info.
