Managing Alert Settings to Limit Email Notifications

TLDR Jun faced an issue of receiving repeated alert emails. Srikanth clarified that the same alert will only be resent 4 hours after resolution.

Hi, I would like to ask what kind of Alert setting would I need to set such that an alert is only generated once within the specified timeframe? Currently I have an email channel setup via webhook. However, once the alert is triggered, the alert starts flooding emails to my inbox. Not sure if this is caused by my Alert Conditions.. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
