Hi all I am considering using SigNoz and wondering how you can do p99/p90/p50 for application from OTEL. Can you do that while applying a sample on the traces (without losing data)?

I see otlp/spanmetrics as a receiver in the default otel agent setup. Is it expected to collect that info in the application prior to sampling?

I am using Ruby on Rails app now for my testing and I dont think they can do otel metrics as of now.
