Issues with Signoz v0.21.0 and Resolution

I have noticed with signoz v0.21.0 I see the following issues in signoz-otel-collector-metrics

Is there a possible configuration issue? in the collector configs vs the corresponding cluster role?

i have the same issue.. but now I am unable to upgrade from 0.22 to 0.23 version
